Kimberly Pichot, DM

Dean, College of Professions & Faculty - Marketing

Dr. Kimberly Pichot is the Dean of the College of Professions at Andrews University, where she leads programs in business, aviation, computing, and architecture & interior design. Prior to becoming the dean, Dr Pichot was a professor of Marketing in the School of Business Administration. She still teaches Introduction to Business. She is passionate about helping students gain real-world skills, grow as leaders, and discover their purpose.

Dr. Pichot has taught at colleges across the country and has worked with more than 300 organizations on leadership, team-building, and strategic growth. She loves creating hands-on learning experiences—whether through class projects, workshops, or community outreach with Enactus.

Her global background includes growing up in Brazil, working in West Africa, and studying in South America and Europe. She speaks Portuguese and French and brings a strong cross-cultural perspective to her work.

Above all, Dr. Pichot is dedicated to supporting students, opening doors of opportunity, and preparing them to become world changers.
