Starting her academic journey at Singapore Polytechnic, where she studied Maritime Studies, Tosca then transitioned to Andrews University. Here, she pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems. Her time at Andrews was not limited to studies alone; Tosca worked diligently as a Payroll Student Assistant, enhancing payroll operations and supporting various departmental initiatives.

Professional Achievements
Tosca’s foray into healthcare began at the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy where she mastered Healthcare Administration. Gaining valuable insights into healthcare management, finance, policy, and quality improvement, she contributed to significant operational and strategic initiatives during her residency at USC Verdugo Hills Hospital. Tosca’s dedication and drive then led her to her current role as a Project Manager I at Kaiser Permanente, where she brings her expertise in utilization management and project management to the forefront.
