In this article, we will delve into the exciting transformation that took place in the Spring of 2023, driven by the insights of our entrepreneurial students from the BSAD 410 Entrepreneurship course.

From Boring to Captivating: Addressing Student Feedback:
During their course, the students of BSAD 410 Entrepreneurship developed a Customer Empathy Map to express their experience as SBA students. They candidly shared their thoughts on the second floor and upstairs space, comparing it to a “prison” due to its uninspiring nature. At SBA, we take our students’ feedback seriously, and we were determined to create a space that resonated with their needs, preferences, and desire for an engaging learning environment.

Listening and Taking Action:
Empowered by the students’ valuable insights, we embarked on a journey to transform the space and inject a fresh and invigorating atmosphere. While being mindful of cost, we implemented a series of low-cost projects to ensure our students’ happiness and satisfaction.

Welcome to the New Space:
One of the significant changes we introduced was the installation of four “cafe” style tall tables and matching chairs that seamlessly blended with the aesthetic theme of our building. These new additions not only provided comfortable seating options but also encouraged interaction, collaboration, and a sense of community among students.
