Introducing the Management BBA
The Management BBA prepares you to understand how organizations function and how leaders can influence growth, innovation, and sustainability. With a curriculum that integrates planning, organizing, leading, and controlling, this program develops the skills you need to manage people and processes effectively.
As a student, you’ll have opportunities to apply the latest management theories to real-world problems inside and outside the classroom. The Management BBA is a 120-credit program that combines a strong business core with specialized courses in leadership, human resources, organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, international management, and quality management.
You’ll study in an interactive classroom environment that emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and practical application. With electives across business disciplines and opportunities for internships, this program prepares you to manage effectively in diverse industries and organizations.
Admissions Requirements
- Official high school transcript with 2.5 or higher GPA, or College-Ready GED certificate with no section score lower than 450
- ACT or SAT scores if high school completed in the United States within the last 3 years
-Transcripts from all universities attended.
-English proficiency test scores when the first language is not English and less than four years of high school were completed in English

Andrews Core Experience
Students must fulfill all Bachelor’s Degree requirements listed in the Andrews Core Experience.

Think You Can’t Afford an Andrews Business Degree? Think Again!
We know cost is a major concern when choosing a degree. The good news is that the price you see listed for tuition is not what most students pay. Every undergraduate student admitted to an SBA program on the Berrien Springs campus automatically qualifies for the Andrews Partnership Scholarship (APS), which significantly lowers the cost of your education.
Note: The additional $2,000 APS award is granted for one qualifying category only. Students who receive the Andrews Partnership Scholarship are not eligible for the International Partnership Scholarship (IPS). APS applies exclusively to undergraduate programs offered on the Berrien Springs campus.
