In an era of global interconnectedness, the pursuit of knowledge and skills in global leadership has become more crucial than ever. It is with great pride and enthusiasm that we share the story of 16 talented MBA graduates from our Andrews University School of Business Administration program in Vietnam who embarked on a transformative journey to enhance their leadership capabilities. These graduates came to our campus on Sunday, October 15 to spend an intensive week of studies to earn a Certificate in Global Leadership. We couldn’t be more thrilled to have them as part of our academic family.
Our School of Business Administration has always strived for excellence in imparting knowledge, honing leadership skills, and nurturing talent. Our MBA program in Vietnam is a testament to this commitment, producing over 400 graduates who are not only academically proficient but also possess the leadership acumen necessary to excel in a rapidly changing global landscape.
Recognizing the importance of equipping our graduates with a global perspective, the Leadership Department offers a certificate program in Global Leadership. This program is designed to empower current managers to develop leadership skills and knowledge to navigate the complexities of global business, foster cross-cultural communication, and lead with impact in an ever-changing world.
We were delighted to welcome our Vietnamese MBA alumni to our campus, creating an opportunity for cultural exchange and academic growth. The alumni’s arrival was met with warmth, excitement, and a sense of camaraderie that transcended borders. Their visit to Chan Shun Hall was a highlight of their visit as they were able to take pictures in their School of Business building and to meet several of our professors.
As a part of their visit, we arranged a unique and memorable experience for the alumni by taking them to the Andrews University Aviation Department. The Vietnam group was given the opportunity to view aircraft up close, fly in a simulator, and learn about aviation management and the intricacies of the industry. This hands-on experience not only expanded their horizons but also provided a tangible connection between leadership and innovation.
We are immensely proud of our Vietnamese MBA alumni who embarked on this journey to enhance their global leadership capabilities. As they return to Vietnam with a Certificate in Global Leadership, we are confident that they will make a significant impact in their respective fields and contribute positively to the global community.
